First time I heard about New Orleans was because of the Katrina Hurricane.

The next thing I know about New Orleans is its Jazz music.

Then, more about New Orleans are haunted houses, voodoo, creepy places, black people….

This year, what’s hot about New Orleans (Louisiana) is the oil contamination of the Gulf.

New Orleans is a city full of culture, good food, stories….

another side of US that you will never think of….

Food in New Orleans

Food #1

the fried donut with a lot of sugar powder. This cafe is opened 24 hours.

Seafood gumbo. Very special taste, undescribable.

You will get rice, shrimp and oyster in the soup.

Food #3

Good choice for breakfast.

Food #4

We go here because of the Forrest Gump movie. Well, the seafood is pretty good too.

More food in New Orleans….

Po-boy: It’s like subway sandwich, but you get to eat seafood filling.

Muffaletta: one word – sour, but still nice.

Fried Sweet Potato. Very special too!

Macaroons in Sucre on the Magazine Street. Worth to try!
